With 28 years of deep technical expertise, I'm passionate about reimagining how software and platforms are developed, deployed, and managed—leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, and asset-based delivery to accelerate digital transformation.
I believe technology's greatest potential lies in its ability to solve complex business challenges while empowering people. My approach combines innovation with practical delivery excellence, ensuring solutions that are both technically superior and commercially viable. This philosophy has guided my journey from software engineer to executive leadership, where I've consistently delivered results across diverse technology domains.
Currently, I'm focused on leading the integration of Agentic/GenAI asset-based and IBM technology-driven delivery models across global delivery centers. As an Innovation Council member for key strategic accounts, I contribute significantly to the development of solution strategies that deliver measurable client value. I'm equally passionate about talent development, leading the Global Innovation Center Technical Leadership Team, where I mentor top technical talent and foster future-ready capabilities across our organization. I am also the CTO for IBM+AWS partnership, I am part of the AWS advisory board, and I am responsible for defining the technology strategy for the partnership.
I've been honored as an IBM Distinguished Engineer and received multiple recognitions, including Best of IBM awards in 2015 and 2019, the Outstanding Technical Achievement Award, and membership in the IBM Academy of Technology.
